Do I need an account to see prices?

No. Prices are visible to everyone. You need a free account to save items to your wishlist, get alerts and buy.

What's included in the price?

The price on each product is the price of the item. Shipping is added per shop at checkout, and you see every charge before you pay. No taxes are collected at the moment.

Can I buy from several shops at once?

Yes. One cart can hold items from several shops. Each shop becomes a separate order with its own shipping; each order is confirmed on its own, and you pay for it once it's confirmed.

Can I reserve an item before I sell it on eBay?

No. Items aren't held before purchase. Save them to your wishlist and we'll alert you the moment one sells, runs out or becomes unavailable.

How do I pay?

By card. Your card details are encrypted and never touch our servers. An order is confirmed only once the payment goes through.

Can I use the photos and descriptions in my eBay listing?

Yes, that's what they're for. From your wishlist you can copy the English title and description, download all images in one file, or export items as a CSV in eBay's bulk listing format.

What does “eBay-ready” mean?

Every required marketplace field is filled in and all of the listing's images passed our image check: size, background, and no watermarks, added text or borders.

Will my buyer see Maksoob or the price I paid?

Not if you choose “Ship to my buyer”. Those packages contain no prices, no invoice and no Maksoob marketing, only a neutral packing slip.

What happens if an item I listed sells out?

Everyone who saved it gets an alert in the app and by email, usually within minutes. Sold items stay in your wishlist with their status until you remove them.

Who ships my order?

The shop that listed the item ships it directly to the address you choose. Items from different shops arrive separately.

How long does shipping take?

Each listing shows “Ships within n business days”, which includes handling and, for made-to-order items, production time. Delivery time then depends on the destination. You get a tracking number as soon as the order ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Before you pay you can cancel an order request at any time, and nothing is charged. After paying, it's free with a full refund until the shop ships it, or until production starts for made-to-order items. After that, open a help request.

Who decides on refunds?

A person on our support team. They talk to you and, separately, to the shop, then decide: full refund, partial refund, reship, return and refund, or no action.

Refunds go back to your card as soon as they're issued. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

How much does it cost to sell on Maksoob?

Nothing to join and nothing to list. You set your price and you're paid on it; Maksoob's margin is added on top for customers.

Our team reviews every application by hand and emails you at each step, including if a field or document needs fixing.

Once a month, on the 1st, for orders that have completed (10 days after delivery with no open issue), once your balance is at least $50.

Do I have to use the AI suggestions?

No. “Fix & translate” only suggests. Nothing is saved until you accept it field by field, and you can always write and publish your listing yourself.

How do I verify my email?

After you sign up we email you a 6-digit code. It's valid for 10 minutes, and you can ask for a new one after 60 seconds.

Can I turn on two-factor authentication?

Yes. Customers and shops can add an authenticator app in their security settings. Staff accounts always use it.

How do I delete my account?

From your account settings, once you have no open orders, help requests or balances. Your personal data is erased; order and payment records are kept with your details anonymised.
