MAKSOOB SELECT — TERMS OF USE
Website: https://select.maksoob.com
Effective Date: October 19, 2026
1. Platform and Legal Entities
Maksoob Select is an online marketplace that enables users to discover and purchase products, including products that may be independently resold through e-commerce marketplaces and other sales channels.
The Platform is operated by شركة الفضاء للمحتوى والتدريب الإلكتروني ذ.م.م, a Jordanian limited liability company registered under number 69417, national establishment number 200196266.
Maksoob Group LLC, a separate Wyoming entity registered under number 2026-002024408, may provide technology, administrative, or other support pursuant to separate arrangements. It does not automatically assume contractual responsibility for all Platform transactions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or completing a purchase, users agree to comply with these Terms and applicable policies, subject to their mandatory legal rights.
Express electronic acceptance will be obtained where required by law or the nature of the transaction.
3. Account Eligibility and Security
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into transactions and provide accurate account information.
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
The Platform may request identity verification or additional information for legitimate compliance and security purposes.
4. Right to Reject Sellers and Products
Maksoob Select reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate Seller accounts and product listings based on legitimate business, compliance, safety, fraud-prevention, product-quality, or risk-management considerations.
It may request identification, ownership records, licenses, supplier invoices, or other supporting documentation.
Approval of a Seller or product does not guarantee continued participation in the Platform.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Users may not use the Platform to offer, purchase, distribute, or promote unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, unauthorized, or infringing goods.
The Platform may introduce additional category restrictions or remove products that fail to meet its requirements.
It may report unlawful activity to competent authorities when required or legally justified.
6. Product Information and Availability
Product descriptions, prices, photographs, and specifications are supplied by Sellers or other authorized sources.
Sellers must ensure that their content is accurate and not misleading.
Although the Platform may review product listings, such review does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of product quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for resale on third-party marketplaces.
7. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
The applicable product price, disclosed fees, delivery arrangements, and relevant transaction conditions are presented before checkout.
The identity of the contracting Seller and payment recipient must be disclosed as applicable.
The Platform may reject or suspend orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, payment failure, or legal noncompliance, with refunds processed where due under applicable law.
8. Delivery and Confirmation of Receipt
Delivery options, applicable fees, and estimated delivery periods will be disclosed during the ordering process.
Reliable proof of delivery, including carrier confirmation, may be used to determine the delivery time, subject to evidence provided by the Buyer.
Lost, damaged, delayed, or incomplete deliveries will be investigated and resolved according to responsibility and applicable consumer rights.
9. Items Not as Described — Dispute Policy
Buyers are requested to submit a dispute within 24 hours of confirmed delivery where an item is materially misdescribed, incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or materially incomplete.
The Platform may investigate and determine the appropriate operational remedy, including return, replacement, or refund.
Where Seller fault is established, Seller bears all applicable original delivery and return shipping charges, together with the approved refund and legally recoverable processing expenses attributable to the error.
The 24-hour reporting period does not limit mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
10. Change-of-Mind Return Policy
Buyers may request a voluntary return within 24 hours of confirmed delivery where the product is correctly supplied but no longer wanted.
An approved voluntary return requires the product to remain unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by all supplied accessories.
Where no Seller fault exists, Buyer bears the original delivery and return shipping costs, together with any previously disclosed lawful charges.
Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these conditions.
11. Dispute Submission and Evidence
Disputes may be submitted through designated Platform account functions or officially published support channels.
Buyers should provide the relevant order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photographs or documents.
The Platform may request additional information, consult delivery records, and communicate with the Seller or delivery provider.
Funds relating to an unresolved dispute may be temporarily withheld where lawful and reasonably necessary.
Nothing prevents a party from pursuing an available legal remedy.
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after the applicable conditions and dispute-resolution requirements have been satisfied.
Refund amounts depend on the reason for return, the allocation of responsibility, and mandatory consumer rights.
Unlawful refund deductions or fees will not be imposed.
The time for refunded funds to appear in the Buyer's account may vary according to the payment method and financial institution.
13. Seller Funds and Settlements
Seller funds are governed by the applicable Seller Agreement and settlement procedures.
The principal settlement rules are:
A minimum 10-calendar-day holding period following confirmed payment.
Confirmed delivery and expiry of the ordinary 24-hour reporting period.
No unresolved dispute or refund request preventing release.
Settlement eligibility determined at each calendar month-end.
One monthly payout, executed within 14 calendar days after month-end.
Deduction of agreed commissions, refunds, adjustments, and actual applicable transfer fees.
Ineligible or disputed amounts are carried forward or reserved as required by the applicable policy and law.
14. Third-Party Marketplaces and Reselling
Some products may be purchased for resale through third-party marketplaces or independent online stores.
Users undertaking such resale are solely responsible for checking the relevant marketplace rules, product eligibility, intellectual property rights, and applicable national regulations.
Maksoob Select does not guarantee approval, sales, rankings, or profitability on eBay, Amazon, or other external channels.
References to third-party marketplaces do not imply any formal affiliation or endorsement.
15. Fraud Prevention and Acceptable Use
Users must not submit fraudulent information, misuse refund procedures, engage in fictitious transactions, manipulate listings, evade lawfully disclosed fees, interfere with Platform systems, or access accounts without authorization.
The Platform may take appropriate security and enforcement measures, including restricting accounts, cancelling fraudulent transactions, preserving evidence, or notifying competent authorities.
16. Intellectual Property
The Platform's software, design, content, and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders or used under applicable authorization.
Users must not reproduce, exploit, or distribute protected content without the necessary permission.
Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that submitted product photographs, branding, descriptions, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights.
The Platform may remove infringing materials upon credible notice or sufficient evidence.
17. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Platform's separately published Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Information may be used for legitimate account management, payment, delivery, support, compliance, and security purposes.
Sellers must not use Buyer information for unauthorized purposes.
The Privacy Policy will explain relevant service providers, data-sharing practices, retention, and applicable data-subject rights.
18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Maksoob Select seeks to provide a secure and orderly marketplace but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular business results, or eligibility for external marketplace listings.
Each party remains responsible for its own contractual and legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Amendments and Account Restrictions
The Platform may revise its policies and Terms for legitimate operational, business, legal, or compliance reasons.
Material amendments will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
The Platform may suspend or restrict accounts when justified by fraud concerns, material violations, safety issues, or legal requirements.
Accrued obligations relating to earlier transactions remain subject to the applicable terms and mandatory law.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Disputes shall be referred to the competent Jordanian courts unless mandatory jurisdictional provisions require otherwise.
21. Contact and Complaints
Users may contact Maksoob Select through the official support channels published on the Platform.
Users should include relevant order details and supporting information when submitting complaints to assist investigation and resolution.
