From our shops to your eBay listing

Every shop on Maksoob is reviewed by our team before it can sell. Listings come with titles and descriptions in Arabic and English, item specifics, weights and dimensions, and images checked against marketplace rules.

The price you see is the price you pay for the item. Shipping is added per shop at checkout, and every charge is shown before you pay.

Tap the heart to add an item to your wishlist. From there you can copy the English title and description, download all the images in one file, or export several items as a CSV in eBay's bulk listing format.

Organise your wishlist into lists such as “Listed on eBay” or “To list”, and keep a private note, your own resale price and your listing link next to each item.

Because you list before you buy, you need to know the moment an item stops being available. We alert you in the app and by email when a saved item sells, sells out, is taken down, or won't ship until a later date.

You can also get alerts when stock runs low, a price changes or an item comes back. Turn each type on or off in your notification settings.

Items aren't held or reserved before purchase. If something you've listed is selling fast, buy it as soon as your own listing sells.

Add the item to your cart and send an order request. Items that ship from different places become separate orders. Nothing is charged yet.

We confirm that everything is available within 24 hours, and the stock stays reserved for you meanwhile so nobody else can buy the last unit. Once an order is confirmed you have 24 hours to pay by card; card details never touch our servers.

At checkout choose “Ship to me” or “Ship to my buyer”. When you ship to your buyer, the package contains no prices, no invoice and no Maksoob marketing: the shop includes a neutral packing slip.

You stay responsible for following your own marketplace's policies, including what you promise your buyer about delivery times and returns.

When the shop ships, you get a tracking number and a timeline on your order page that you can share with your buyer.

If something is wrong, open a help request from the order within 7 days of delivery. A person on our team handles it with you and with the shop, and makes the decision.
