Create a vendor account, confirm your email with a 6-digit code, then complete your application. A person on our team reviews every application and emails you at each step.

Documents can be images or PDFs up to 10 MB. If something needs fixing we tell you exactly what, and you resubmit. A declined application can reapply after 30 days.

Each listing carries the data marketplaces ask for: titles and descriptions in both languages, condition, brand and identifiers, item specifics for the category, weights and dimensions, country of origin and handling time.

The “Fix & translate” button suggests an eBay-style English title, a clean description and the Arabic version from what you've written. Nothing is saved until you accept it, field by field, and it never invents facts: if something is missing, it asks you.

Every image is checked for size, watermarks, added text, borders and background. Listings with complete data and passing images earn the eBay-ready badge.

You set your price per item and you're paid on that price. The price customers see includes Maksoob's margin, which is added on top of yours, so it never comes out of your earnings.

You also receive the shipping fee for each order, because you ship it. Refunds that our team attributes to your shop are deducted from your balance.

When an order is paid you're notified by email and in your Seller Center. Ship within your handling time, plus production time for made-to-order items; we remind you 24 hours before the deadline.

Print the packing slip from the order: it never shows prices, and orders going straight to a reseller's buyer carry no Maksoob branding either. Mark the order shipped and a tracking number is issued.

An order completes 10 days after delivery if no issue is open, and its earnings join your payable balance.

Payouts run once a month, on the 1st, by bank transfer to your verified bank account once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry over to the next cycle. Each payout comes with a statement listing every order.
