Selling on Maksoob: from application to first order

Sign up as a vendor, confirm your email with the 6-digit code, then complete the application: shop details in Arabic and English, your ship-from city and one document. The rest comes before your first payout.

• To apply as an individual: your government ID
• To apply as a company: the commercial registration
• Before your first payout: proof of address from the last 3 months (companies also the owner's ID) and your bank account
• Tax certificate (optional)

Our team reviews every application by hand. You get an email when it's received and when a decision is made. If we request changes, we tell you which fields or documents to fix and you resubmit. A declined application can reapply after 30 days.

Until you're approved you can prepare draft listings, but they can't be published.

Fill in titles and descriptions in Arabic and English, category, condition, price, inventory type, 1 to 24 images, weights and dimensions, country of origin and handling time. Item specifics depend on the category.

• Stocked: a quantity and your SKU
• One of a kind: always one, and marked sold once paid
• Made to order: production time in business days, a minimum order and an optional capacity

“Fix & translate” suggests an English title that follows eBay's rules (up to 80 characters, key facts first, no promotional words), a clean description, the Arabic version and item specifics. You accept each suggestion separately, and if information is missing it asks you rather than guessing.

Each image is checked automatically: at least 500 px on the longest side (1,600 px recommended), and no watermarks, added text, borders or collages on the main image. Results are PASS, WARN or FAIL, with reasons. Listings with every field complete and every image passing get the eBay-ready badge.

Most shops' listings go live as soon as they're published. Some shops have approval switched on by our team; their new listings and content changes wait for review first.

We remind you 24 hours before a shipping deadline. Late shipments and cancellations count against your shop's performance.
