Email codes, passwords, two-factor authentication, signed-in devices and deleting your account.
Email codes and passwords
We confirm your email with a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. You can request a new code after 60 seconds. The same kind of code is used to reset your password and when you sign in from a new device.
Passwords need at least 10 characters, and we reject passwords that have appeared in known data breaches.
Two-factor authentication
Add an authenticator app in your security settings for an extra code at sign-in. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe: they let you in if you lose your phone.
Signed-in devices
Your security settings list every device signed in to your account and when it was last used. Sign out of one device, or all others, at any time.
Language
Maksoob works fully in Arabic and English. Switch at any time from the header; when you're signed in, your choice is saved and used for your emails too.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from your settings once you have no open orders, help requests or balances. Your profile, addresses, wishlist and messages are erased; order and payment records are kept with your personal details anonymised.
