Shipping straight to your buyer (blind shipping)

Send an order directly to your eBay or Amazon buyer, with no prices, invoice or Maksoob branding in the box.

What blind shipping means

When you choose “Ship to my buyer”, the shop sends the order directly to your customer. The package contains no prices, no invoice and no Maksoob marketing. The shop prints a neutral packing slip that lists only the items.

Setting it up at checkout

  1. 01Choose “Ship to my buyer”Select it as the destination for your order.
  2. 02Enter your buyer's detailsRecipient name, phone number and full address are all required so the carrier can deliver.
  3. 03Save the buyer for laterBuyer addresses are kept separately from your own under Addresses, ready for the next order.
  4. 04Share the trackingOnce the shop ships, copy the tracking number from your order page to your marketplace.

Your receipt

Your receipt with the prices you paid is available to you in My orders as a PDF. It is never put in the package.

Your marketplace's rules

You're responsible for following your marketplace's policies, including the handling time and return terms you promise your buyers. Check the listing's “Ships within” time before you set your own.
